Job Description
- Development and Optimization of Gas Separation Membrane Manufacturing Process
Develop and optimize large-scale manufacturing processes, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for coating, curing, and post-processing. - Ensuring Quality and Performance, and Problem Solving
Optimize membranes to meet performance targets such as gas permeability and durability, establish quality control protocols, and solve issues during production. - Collaboration with External Partners and Technology Transfer
Coordinate with coating manufacturers and material suppliers, and manage the transfer of membrane production technologies.
Qualifications
[Educational Background]
- Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. (Ph.D. is a plus.)
[Experience]
- Over 5 years of experience in membrane development and mass production.
- Proven track record of scaling up manufacturing processes from laboratory to commercial scale.
- Experience in coating process
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Background in membrane-related companies or industries related to gas separation, water filtration, or environmental technologies.
- Experience in partnerships with large companies and supply chain management.
- Business experience using English.
